Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase

1a. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

1b. Tickets are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.

1c. Prices and fees for tickets are subject to change without notice.

2. Ticket Use

2a. Each ticket is valid for a single entry to the specified event only, unless otherwise stated.

2b. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other goods or services, unless expressly permitted by the event organizer.

2c. Unauthorised duplication or sale of tickets may result in denial of entry to the event.

2d. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates the event rules or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Service Charge

3a. Kindly note that a discretionary on-site service charge will be applied to your event experience.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

4a. The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the date, time, venue, program, and line-up, without prior notice.

4b. In the event of a cancellation, the event organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide refunds or offer alternative arrangements. However, the event organiser shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred because of the cancellation.

5. Lost or Stolen Tickets

5a. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced, and ticket holders are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets.

5b. Duplicate tickets may be issued at the discretion of the event organiser, subject to verification of the original purchase.

6. Liability

6a. Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or theft.

6b. The event organiser, its affiliates, and its agents shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or injuries arising from the event.

7. Photography and Recording

7a. Attendees may be subject to photography, audio recording, and video recording during the event. By attending the event, attendees’ consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and image in any promotional materials or broadcasts.

8. Personal Belongings

8a. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the event. The event organiser, its affiliates, and its agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place.

9b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
